We offer a rental program for certain computer products offered on our site. Decisions are final and we will not entertain special requests.

Credit/Rental Application (PDF)

• Waring Enterprises is an authorized seller of all products listed on our site
• The RENTAL PROGRAM is offered as a service to our customers
• Waring Enterprises is NOT a bank or loan service and does not provide or offer any services related to financial or loan institutions
• Approved RENTAL PROGRAM clients are aware that we may at any time cease to operate this service and at such time all products and instruments on rental will be returned within 14 days of receiving notification via certified mail
• No refunds will be forthcoming due to cessation of this service
• Instruments will be returned at RENTAL PROGRAM clients expense with all necessary accessories and components
• The RENTAL instrument or product remains the property of Waring Enterprises during the rental period
• Adminstration and set-up fees paid are not refundable
• RENTAL PROGRAM instruments and products may be purchased at any time during the rental period. 50% value of all rental fees paid by the client will be off-set against the original value of the instrument and client may purchase the instrument or product by paying Waring Enterprises the outstanding invoice amount and may take ownership of the instrument or product once final payment has been cleared by our bankers
• During the rental period the client shall be responsible for insuring the instrument or product against damage, theft and/or fire for the full replacement value of the item
• No changes to hardware or operating system installed in the instrument or product is allowed without written consent of Waring Enterprises
• All RENTAL PROGRAM instruments and products are monitored via GPS Tracking during the rental period. The GPS tracking will be turned off if product is purchased by the client. Client may at their own discretion continue to use the GPS Tracking service at their own expense through Waring Enterprises
• All decisions made by Waring Enterprises or it's representatives are final and we will NOT entertain special requests in respect of the credit applications approval or not
• All  payments shall be made in US dollars. Any returned payments shall be charged to the client at a fee of US $55.00 plus interest on over due amounts at 5% per month
• Completion of application form and electronic sugnatures are binding once approved for the RENTAL PROGRAM. Electronic signature on the RENTAL CONTRACT is required and all payments due must be received by Waring Enterprises before instrument or product is supplied to client
• Waring Enterprises may change the RENTAL PROGRAM at any time and will provide notice via certified mail and/or email of the changes to it's clients

Waring Enterprises is a *sole proprietor business offering services and instrumentation via the internet and from it's location in Vista, California.

*Waring Enterprises is in procedings to change from sole proprietorship to Waring Enterprises LLC. This change shall have NO effect of the rental contracts bearing the name Waring Enterprises and those contracts shall remain in force as per the original agreements.

At the time of name change all contracts in force will be incorporated into Waring Enterprises LLC.
